***Defying the Odds #4: Louise Hay***⠀
.⠀
You have probably seen Louise Hay in bookstores around the world, even if you don’t know who she is.⠀
.⠀
Her life and her story is absolutely incredible and she definitely beat the odds!⠀
.⠀
Louise was in her 40s when she discovered that she has vaginal cancer. By that time, she was already teaching about how the past emotions and beliefs manifest into your body.⠀
.⠀
She was abused, sexually and I think physically as well, so she knew this is why her dis-ease manifested in her body. Especially in the feminine parts as it almost always does when there was sexual trauma.⠀
.⠀
But she started the healing: releasing the repressed emotions, trauma and forgiving everyone that has ever wronged her. She also introduced positive emotions and practices positive affirmations until they sank into her subconscious. ⠀
.⠀
And then she went on to teach even more people, all around the world. ⠀
.⠀
Louise healed by doing a ton of deep inner work, smtng that I did as well and help me, and other hundreds of thousands of people.⠀
.⠀
She’s a wonderful example of moving away from being and feeling like a victim of her life and circumstances, smtng I encourage you to do as well. You can dwell on what happened to you, or you can decide to move on, for your sake and to live YOUR life.⠀
.⠀
Because YOLO.⠀

***Defying the Odds #3: Amy Purdy***
.
OMG, I have reading about this inspiring woman and watching her online for the past week. Once I started reading her book, I just couldn’t stop reading it. I finished it, 5am in the morning, mind blown away. .
Possibilities are endless. Why wouldn’t it be you, defying the odds? .
Amy Purdy was 19 when she got bacterial meningitis. She got 2% chance of surviving and was on life support. Several operations were in order to save her life, including amputating both of her legs, beneath the knee. .
And remember, she was 19 at the time!! She questioned whether or not she could ever snowboard again. She went from being a regular young adult to being bed ridden and wheel chaired for several months, and the future she thought she would have, wiped out. .
But she slowly recovered. Got her first bionic legs, then second. Then becoming like herself again. And then she started snowboarding again. It wasn’t easy to start with but she was determined.
.
She decided that she won’t be a victim of her circumstances, but rather a survivor and thriver. If smtng didn’t exist yet, she would create it. .
Then she was in Dancing with the Starts (season 18). Go check her out on YouTube. Seriously! .
So now, let me ask you: Why NOT you? Anyone can defy the odds. It’s not that Amy got this boldness and determinism when she was born; she just decided. What excuses do you have when it comes to living? And limiting beliefs about what you can or cannot do? About your body, your life, your capabilities, your strength.
.
P.s.: go follow this incredible woman @amypurdygurl ❤
***Defying the Odds #2: Dr. Joe Dispenza***⠀
.⠀
Dr. Joe had a horrific accident when he was young: he was competing and biking when all of a sudden he got him by car, thrown into the air and landed flat onto his back.⠀
.⠀
He broke 6 of his vertebrae and was driven to the hospital with an ambulance. There, he was told that he would need to have a very demanding operation and steel inserted into his spine. That would give him an option to walk, but being a doctor, he knew that if opting for this, he would be in pain his entire life.⠀
.⠀
So he went home. And he started, in his mind, rebuilding the vertebrae. One by one. And each time a random thought, or crippling fear of “Omg, I’m never gonna walk again!” would come up, he would start from the beginning.⠀
.⠀
Weeks have passed and in 12 weeks total, he has completely healed and recovered. Not only was he walking, but shortly after this he went back to working out. ⠀
.⠀
How insane, incredible and fascinating is this?? And now he’s teaching this, the quantum field, connecting with yourself and re-creating your body all around the world. I have been to one of his workshops last year and it was incredible. I’m still doing the meditations today!⠀
.⠀
So what does that mean to you?⠀
.⠀
That you are not defined neither by your diagnosis, nor your prognosis. Facts can surely be rock solid, but what if you’re in that 0.1% of chance? You only need to believe it (and then take action).⠀
.⠀
Let’s defy the odds together 😃🙌🔥 Because YOLO 💖🦄
***The first time I healed myself and defied the odds***⠀
.⠀
I had a back case of sciatica and back pain several years ago. It was a few months before I was supposed to leave for Paris where I had an internship. First it was one week of excruciating pain. Then another. Then another. Then I broke down. ⠀
.⠀
“Can I even go anywhere now? Am I really gonna be sick all the time? Can I EVER go traveling the world?? What’s wrong with me?!?” These were just some questions that were rushing through my head.⠀
.⠀
Weeks passed by. My power disappeared. There was nothing left, but despair, depression and apathy. By this point it felt as though I didn’t really care. Combine this with antidepressants, relaxants and a shit ton of painkillers, and you get me at that time.⠀
.⠀
So after a long, big fat month, I was hospitalized and underwent even more tests. After just a couple of days later, I was released. “Nothing special. You don’t need an operation just yet. But this will come and go and you won’t be able to control it.”⠀
.⠀
At this point, it’s not that I didn’t care, but I didn’t have any will or power to care anymore. So I did the inner work. I dig up what wasn't working in my life and changed it. After 3 days, my pain went away. 3 freaking days!! After not being able to walk normally, sleep without any pain or not taking painkillers, it just disappeared into thin air.⠀
.⠀
And ever since, I have been talking about and promoting the mind body connection. Because I freaking lived it! I defied the odds. And I want everyone to know that we have SOOOOO much power we don’t even realize. Seriously! My life has never been the same and I grew strong AND I'm teaching other badass women do the same.⠀
.⠀
How can this help you? See what’s possible. You can defy the odds, too! There’s more out there than what you believe in and what you experienced. And now it’s up to you what you’re gonna do with it. Because YOLO.⠀

*** Faith it till you make it***⠀
.⠀
What is the deal with faith when it comes to healing? ⠀
.⠀
Well, I’m gonna reply with “What doesn’t it have to do with faith?”⠀
.⠀
The thing is, if you have strong faith that everything is going to work out, then you’re halfway there! ⠀
.⠀
The incredible people that healed their stages 3 or 4 cancer and had a prognosis of “you’re gonna be alive for a certain period of time”, and they outlived this prognosis. They did the impossible. Faith was a factor in healing, in all the cases. Not just one, or two, in all of them. But to a different extent.⠀
.⠀
So what do you believe in? God? The Universe? Yourself? Higher power? Food? Energy? Have faith and then take aligned action.⠀

***visualize yourself to health***⠀
.⠀
Whaaaaat?⠀
.⠀
Ok, let me get smtng straight: this is not one of those: “See yourself healthy and jumping around, and do this all day long, and then you’re gonna wake up and be healthy.”⠀
.⠀
Nope, not that kind of a post and not that kind of a message.⠀
.⠀
Visualizing is absolutely powerful and an incredible tool. But there are at least two steps to it:⠀
1. Visualize yourself and FEEL the feelings of where you want to be. For instance, close your eyes, and see yourself running, jumping, or anything else, having a ton of energy, feeling free and alive. Your body is strong and you can do anything!⠀
2. When you get out of the visualization (which can least from a few minutes to an hours, whatever works for you), it’s time you take the action. What is going to help you get stronger? Better? Fitter? How can you take care of yourself, your body and your mind, today? What is going to bring you one step closer? Maybe you need to hire a health care professional, a coach, a healer, or all of them. ⠀
.⠀
You see, our mind doesn’t know the difference between a real event or if you are visualizing smtng. And on top of this, it has been proven over and over again by science, that those who have visualized practicing certain movement just in their mind, literally had almost the same muscle growth than those who have actually done the movement. How crazy and fascinating is this? :)⠀
.⠀
That being said, of course you need to take the action, action that makes sense to you, action that you believe in and can get behind. Unless you’re a yogi and can manifest everything from your sofa. But until you’re there, you’re gonna need to take some sort of action that makes sense.⠀
.⠀
Tune in today, see yourself where you want to be, and then ask yourself this question: “How can I serve my body today?”. And then go do it. It’s that simple.⠀
